If you are sued in one state. That lawsuit and judgment should follow you everywhere in the country.

We should remove the minor technicality. If someone is guilty and somebody does not sign in the right place or say the right words, they are free of the crimes that they commit. That needs to change.

The legal system is unbelievably slow. We need to find a way to make it easier and faster.

The legal system now is so difficult you have to hire A lawyer to do anything above a JP court. It should not be that difficult.

The way it is now, a lawyer will tell you what you want to hear as soon as you pay them, they will not even look at your case until it expires and then say that there was no case in the 1st place. If they accept a case, they should do everything in their power to see it through. Again, there are exceptions to every rule.

If someone has been done wrong and they do not have a lot of money, lawyers will not even take the case. There should be some way of helping out poor people.

There should be a cap of 30%. Lawyers should not make the same amount as a client. Lawyers should not be able to get money for the rest of time, they should be paid for the services rendered.
