No more six month minimum investigations if you are selling drugs. The law enforcement should arrest you. If you get busted multiple times before you even go to court, that just proves that you are a drug dealer.

Law enforcement. Is arresting the users and yet they are protecting the drug dealers. And even the people that are making drugs. Law enforcement needs to be trained and all on the same page. Please see the blog under law enforcement.

It has been proven that if you give IV users clean needles and a safe place to do them, it will save lives. there they can get help if they want it. I don’t know what is in a safe smoker’s kit. The only thing I can think of is a bong. Which has no benefit of stopping any diseases or a crack or meth pipe, which is the government’s way of keeping the users and the addicts hooked.

Drug users will not stop. They will just go back to the very same drug dealers that turned them in. If they want to stop, there are places to get help, but they need to be better funded.

If you get caught multiple times for selling drugs, or drugs such as fentanyl, which is known to kill people. Your first offense should be at least 25 years with no parole.

Medical marijuana should be legal in all 50 states. I will leave it up to the states whether they want to make it recreational. There should be a zero tolerance for driving. And they should have the same consequences as drunk drivers or under the influence.
