This is a wonderful organization with wonderful people they just need better training, and everyone needs to be on the same page. These people go to school and get a doctorate degree or an associate degree. They only get paid $31,000 to $56,000 per year. And yet they see the worst in people. They need to be better paid. There needs to be a lot more of them. I hope that will slow down some of the corruption.
Child Protective Services needs to be retrained and how they operate needs to be revamped.
As of now. A child is taken out of the home, and they get 10s of thousands of dollars. They are forced to take classes. And those are often third party and there’s often envelopes passed under the table. As a thank you to force these people to take our classes.
There should not be any money given in to do your job and there should not be any commissions or benefits as far as bringing in fines.
An example is a child was being raped from a very early age. Another child was two months old and was beaten by the parents. They took a lie detector test so therefore that 2-month-old baby was never beaten. that is when we found out. That the six-year-old child. From a very early age, was being raped. The mother was told to go to school. And pick up that child, the school counselor fought with CPS for over an hour with three managers and a legal team. that child was forced to go to the parent that is rapping him. If there is no case on that particular child and a school counselor says there should be a case, they should start one.
Another example is a mother smoked marijuana. The child was taken away and given to the sister. Her boyfriend was a very abusive drunk. After the child went to stay with another relative. They found out that she was being beaten and was raped. CPS said that they will not prosecute the case due to the child is in a safe environment now. And. They are out of state. There is another daughter in that household. And. I think that a case should be started to see if that child is also being raped. CPS should do an investigation on where they are putting these children.
There are so many examples I could be here for months. but I think you get the point.
A lot of children get taken out of the home and end up missing. I think a lot of them are being sold into sex slaves. Or slavery in other countries. There are a lot of runaways. But I think somebody offers as CPS agent a lot of money that is very tempting for the CPS agent to just hand over a child to them. Many cases have been proven.
