If you have a lot of money, you can pay for them yourselves. If you do not have any money at all, the government steps in to help you if you fall between those numbers. Which is called the doughnut hole. Then the family members have to take care of you, and if there are no family members, you just stay in the house until they find you dead.

What I will impose is closing the doughnut hole to where the rich people can pay for themselves and everyone else will get help from the government. So, nobody is left behind.
