There needs to be a video of how law enforcement is supposed to be, and everyone should be forced to watch and fallow it. This should include all officer’s chief’s office personal, sheriff, lawyers and judges.

I have the utmost respect for law enforcement. Is just they are not trained properly.

We will get information on how things are supposed to be done from the FBI, DOJ. Private companies and the military. So once this is done, the whole country will be on the same page.

There should not be any clicks (like, you need to kill someone to join) If there is a click everyone is fired.

We need to increase funding and training, so officers know how to react. How to handle mental health should be a big part of it.

when on calls pull out your gun, when you find they don’t have a weapon, holster your gun and pull out your taser or mace.

Shoot the suspect in a non-life area. (Legs, arms, shoulder) It does not need to be a kill shot. Shoot them once, there is no need to empty the whole clip on them

If the suspect is holding a gun and won’t drop it or is pointing it at you, shoot away.
